01 Ready-made tests
The test is already written.
Choose an Academic or General Training set. Every test covers Listening, Reading, and Writing. You do not have to build or maintain a question bank.
Tests are written and maintained by us. There is no question builder in an institute account today.
Ready-made full tests
Academic and General Training sets covering Listening, Reading, and Writing.
Preview before you start
See the test in the same interface candidates will use.
Answer keys stay internal
Candidates never receive the keys with the exam.
02 Delivery
Run it live, or set it and forget it.
Start the room by hand when everyone is ready, or set a start time. Both modes are live and in use.
Live
Open the lobby, include the batch, and start when the room is ready.
Scheduled
Set a start time. The session opens and runs itself.
Lobby and late admission
Students wait in the lobby. Late students can join for 15 minutes after the start.
Desktop or laptop only
Phones and tablets are blocked before the exam loads.
Up to 50 students in one session. Each module opens with a short instruction video; the module unlocks when it finishes.
03 Timing
The clock is the exam.
Each module has its own clock. The whole session shares a three-hour limit. A candidate cannot pause, extend, or reopen a module.
32, 60, 60
Listening, Reading, and Writing each have their own clock.
3 hours
One shared cutoff for the whole session.
No pause
A candidate cannot pause, extend, or reopen a module.
No lost work
Answers save as they type. A refresh, closed tab, or dropped connection restores the same exam. The clock keeps running, so no extra time.
04 Live monitor
See the room, not just the start button.
The live monitor shows who is online, who has submitted, and how far each candidate has got. A candidate who drops off is visible, so they do not look like someone still working.

Who is online
Connection status updates as the exam runs.
Who has submitted
See who is finished and who is still working.
How far each candidate has got
Per-candidate progress, not just a head count.
Who is offline
A dropped connection is visible, not hidden.
Late admission
See who joined after the start.
05 Marking
Marking that matches the exam.
Listening and Reading are marked automatically. Writing and Speaking stay with you.
- Listening and Reading
- Marked automatically when a candidate submits. You can change any mark by hand.
- Writing
- Task 1 and Task 2, graded against the IELTS criteria, with written feedback on each.
- Speaking
- You enter the criteria and feedback. It counts toward the full band.
- Overall feedback
- One note for each exam, shown on the student's report.
- Bands
- Scores convert to IELTS bands. The four skills combine into an overall band.
06 Results and reports
A report that carries your name.
Publish module results and the combined report when they are ready. A half-marked exam never reaches a candidate.

Your name, logo, and colours
On the report, the dashboard, and every student page.
Print or save as PDF
The file is named after the candidate, so fifty reports do not all land with the same filename.
Module results and the combined report
Publish each when it is ready. Nothing half-marked goes out.
History and progress
Overall band, per-module average, best and latest score, and progress over time.
07 What your students get
Your students get more than a result email.
They see the exam, the answers, the band, and what to do next.
Their results page
One card per published module plus the overall band. Nothing appears before you publish.
The full report
Overall, modules, raw score, a question-by-question review, Writing and Speaking criteria, and your feedback.
Their PDF report
They can print or save it from the same branded layout, whenever they need it.
History and progress
Every published result stays in the account. Their overall band, per-module average, best and latest score, and a progress timeline.
Notices and a personal note
Only notices published after they joined. Your note appears when you make it visible.
Their next exam
An upcoming scheduled session or an open lobby on the dashboard.
Profile and password
Students upload their own photo and change their own password.
Highlight and annotate
Students can highlight question text in Listening and Reading, add notes, and jump back to their annotations.
08 The rest of the account
The parts that keep a batch running.

Students and batches
No limit on student accounts. Invite by email with an activation link, and resend an invitation. Group students into batches, add several at once, and move them between batches. A profile keeps contact details, batch, history, and bands.
Notice board
Write notices with drafts, editing, pinning, and archiving. Students see only notices published after they joined. Edits are tracked.
Branding
Institute name, logo, and colours across the dashboard, student pages, and printed report. Students see your institute, not the platform.
Protection
Your data stays yours. One administrator per institute, with separate student accounts. A repeated save or submit does not create a duplicate.
09 Start
Start with seven days free.
We set up your account with you. You get seven days of full access and unlimited exam seats. If it fits, choose a pack and pay the ৳6,000 one-time setup fee and the first month.
